You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Subscriptions
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription. All subscriptions have a minimum two month requirement before being eligible for cancellation.

Payments

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Consumer Protection Law

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Limitation of Liability

Shed Rx, LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Shed Rx, LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under any applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.

No Paid Trials

ShedRx does not globally market or promote campaigns where we offer to pay someone for using our products unless you are contacted directly by the ShedRx marketing team.

Referral Agreement Terms:

• By participating in the ShedRx, LLC (“ShedRx”) Referral Program (the “Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”):
• Your referral code (the “Code”) assigned to you by ShedRx is your unique Code tied directly to you individually and to your ShedRx account.
• Your Code is not transferrable or assignable to any other person.
• When a new client uses your Code to create a ShedRx account and pays for their first prescription medication, you will be entitled to a statement credit (the “Credit”) on your ShedRx account balance in the amount and for the duration indicated on the ShedRx Program website at the time the Credit is awarded to you.
• The amount and duration of your Credit may change from time to time, which change will be communicated to you on the ShedRx Program website.
• Your Credit is only applicable to your own ShedRx account balance owing; your Credit has no cash equivalent and may not be redeemed for cash, products, or other services.
  • As an illustration, if you have a prescription subscription which costs $500 per month and you refer two new ShedRx clients and earn a one-time $50 credit, your Credit for that month will reduce your balance by $100, leaving you with a $400 balance for the month.
• In the event that your ShedRx account is terminated for any reason, any unredeemed Credits pending in your ShedRx account will be deemed null and void and your Code will be terminated.
• By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and represent that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and that you will, at all times, strictly abide by the Terms. Your failure to abide by the Terms in any way is grounds to remove you from the Program, cancel your Code, deem any unredeemed Credits null and void, and otherwise terminate your ShedRx account.
• Credits will be applied 45 days after the referee becomes an active subscriber.
• ShedRx reserves all rights in and to the Program.
• These Terms do not replace, restrict, or otherwise modify the other agreements by and between you and ShedRx unless expressly stated in these Terms.
