Getting Started

To get started, click Start Today here or on the homepage of ShedRx.com.

You will be prompted to fill out an online intake form, which will provide your healthcare provider with information about your symptoms and medical history. Based on this information, a healthcare provider will assess your case and determine the most suitable treatment option for you.

Depending on the state where you live, your consultation may be conducted asynchronously. This means that your provider will deliver treatment recommendations through our secure Patient Portal.
 
In some states, a video visit with a healthcare provider is required. If you reside in one of these states, you will be prompted to schedule a video visit after submitting your online intake form.
 
Once your visit is complete, we will finalize all necessary details and proceed to ship your customized treatments directly to your doorstep.

ShedRx is currently available in all 50 states across the United States.

Once you have submitted your ShedRx application depending on the state where you live, your consultation may be conducted asynchronously.
 

In some states, a video visit with a healthcare provider is required. If you reside in one of these states, you will be prompted to schedule a video visit after submitting your online intake form.

 
Once your asynchronous review or video call is complete, we will follow up via text message with a secure link to complete your checkout.*If you have selected the option to submit an application, a virtual appointment is NOT required.
 
*If a virtual appointment becomes required, our Care Team will reach out with that request. They may also contact you with follow up questions about your application.

It is important to understand that providers may not be able to respond promptly to any messages or communications submitted through our secure messaging portal.

Certain products available through ShedRx can be purchased only with a prescription from a qualified medical provider. To access these products, you must first consult with a medical provider through our platform. 

We make this process simple and convenient. Through ShedRx, you can access a network of medical providers who can evaluate your specific needs based on your health information, and if appropriate, prescribe treatment.

ShedRx accepts HSA and FSA cards, as well as all major credit cards for prescription purchases. We do recommend that you check with your FSA/HSA administrator to confirm the eligibility of your expenses.

Rx supplies, provider visits, and shipping are eligible, but a receipt is required. Health Coaching, where a cost applies, and supplements are not eligible without additional documentation.

Reimbursement Process

If a personal credit card is used, you can submit documentation of purchase for reimbursement from your FSA/HSA account. Each patient will have access to a detailed receipt in their patient portal.

To locate and download any payment receipt, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Navigate to your ShedRx Portal here.
  • Access the “Login” button.
  • Navigate to the “My Plan” tab along the menu bar.
  • Navigate to the “Payment History” section and locate the desired payment.
  • Select “Download Icon” to the right of the payment line item.
  • Your receipt will begin downloading immediately.

Medical Care

Certain products available through ShedRx can be purchased only with a prescription from a qualified medical provider. To access these products, you must first consult with a medical provider through our platform. 

We make this process simple and convenient. Through ShedRx, you can access a network of medical providers who can evaluate your specific needs based on your health information, and if appropriate, prescribe treatment.

Once a medication has been prescribed by a medical provider, you will receive information related to your treatment plan. This treatment plan will provide an overview of the medication, including a variety of details to help guide you through all aspects of your medication. You will also have the ability to access this valuable information at any time within your account.

  1. Navigate to your ShedRx Portal here.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the “My Plan” tab along the top menu.
  4. From here you will be able to review details of the medication that was prescribed.

Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be provided with a link via email that will enable you to access your appointment at the designated time. Additionally, an email and SMS notification will be sent to you 30 minutes prior to your appointment containing detailed instructions on how to access your appointment.

Alternatively, you can access your appointment link from your ShedRx Portal.

Due to a high volume of patients and increasing wait times, it is important to be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, our Care Team may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Please note, your healthcare provider may be finishing up another visit when you connect, so make sure to stay on the call for a few minutes. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as you wait to connect with your healthcare provider.

To talk directly with a medical provider, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Navigate to your ShedRx Portal here.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the “Schedule” tab along the top menu.
  4. From here you will be able to find and schedule time to talk with a medical provider.

Important Notes:

  • Please be aware that a subscription includes one free virtual follow up appointment with a medical provider, every 6 months.
  • You are able to meet with a medical provider more frequently with associated charges during scheduling.

My Account

  1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Navigate to your ShedRx Portal here.
  3. Log in to your account.
    1. If you have forgotten your password, simply select “Forgot password?” below the text fields to retrieve your login information.
  4. Click on the “Log in” button.
  5. You should now be successfully logged in!

To reset your password, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Navigate to your ShedRx Portal here.
  2. Access the “Log in” button.
  3. Find the option “Forgot your password?” below the empty text fields and click on it to proceed.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your account and click on “Reset password”.
  5. Check your email.
    1. Shortly after submitting the password reset request, you should receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
    2. If you do not see any email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you encounter any difficulties at this stage, please notify us.
  6. Follow directions outlined in the email. This will direct you to a form where you can enter a new password.
  7. Fill in the designated fields with your new password and select the “Reset password” option.
  8. Your new login credentials are now in effect.

Important Notes:

  • Please be aware that we will never request your password. It is crucial to keep this information secure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
  • In the event that you submit multiple password reset requests, make sure to use the link provided in the most recent email. Only the latest link will be active.

If you wish to discontinue your subscription, please take action at least 14 days before your next billing date. Doing so will help to ensure that your subscription is canceled swiftly and properly.  You can always view the next process date of your subscription in your online account.

Note that all subscriptions require a 2-month minimum before being eligible for cancellation.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can contact the Care Team directly for assistance.

To update your contact information, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Navigate to your ShedRx Portal here.
  2. Access the “Log in” button and log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the “Profile” icon in the upper right-hand corner along the menu tab.
  4. Fill in the designated fields with your new email address and select “Save”.
  5. Your new email address is now in effect.

To update your shipping address, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Navigate to your ShedRx Portal here.
  2. Access the “Log in” button and log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the “Account” tab along the menu bar.
  4. Navigate to the “Edit” button below your current shipping address.
  5. Fill in the designated fields with your new shipping address and select “Save”.
  6. Your new shipping address is now in effect.

Important Notes:

  • Please be aware that you must update your shipping address at least 14 days prior to your next delivery date to ensure delivery to the desired location.

To update your billing information, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Navigate to your ShedRx Portal here.
  2. Access the “Log in” button and log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the “Account” tab along the menu bar.
  4. Navigate to the “Add Card” button in the “Payment Methods” section.
  5. Fill in the designated fields with your new payment information and select “Save”.

Important Notes:

  • Please be aware that only the payment method designated as the “Default” will be used for billing.
  • You can change the “Default” payment method at any time by following the steps outlined below:
    • Navigate to the three dots next to the desired default payment method and select “Make Default”.

Low on supply and need your order to ship sooner?  We have you covered.  Please take necessary action to update your subscription at least 48 hours prior to your upcoming order date. This will help to ensure that your subscription is updated swiftly and properly.

To change the date of your next order, please follow the steps outlined below:

  2. Access the “Log in” button.
  3. Navigate to the “Contact Us” tab in the top menu bar.
  4. Submit a request to our Care Team to update your next delivery date.
